Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person. We kindly ask that cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with our booking policy.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your service on time. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment while the full service fee may still apply.
Health Information
Guests are responsible for providing accurate health information prior to receiving services. Please notify your therapist or esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or other concerns that may affect your treatment. 1820 Spa reserves the right to decline or modify services when necessary for guest safety.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Please treat gift cards like cash, as lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
Retail Products
Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Due to health and sanitation standards, opened or used skincare products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Memberships & Packages
Memberships, class passes, and service packages are subject to their individual terms at the time of purchase. Benefits, pricing, and policies may change with advance notice where applicable.
